Complex PTSD research is always advancing our understanding of the problem faced by those who suffer, treatment options and prevention. The advancement of knowledge is always ongoing.
I worked at the periphery of scientific research for 20+ years. I have developed a habit of reading almost anything I can put my hands on. Although, I don’t have the access to scholarly journals that I once did, there is still plenty of information ‘out there’. I’m going to try to bring more complex ptsd articles here, collect it, give you links to it, and a summary.

A study coming out of the University of Connecticut Health Center has taken the study of the intertwined relationship between PTSD, CPTSD and BPD to new levels. The article is a review summarizing recent empirical findings regarding BPD, PTSD, and cPTSD. Part two of the study conducted by Julian D. Ford & Christine A. Courtois focuses on the Clinical phenomenology of BPD, PTSD, and cPTSD.
