I am neuroatypical.
In short, my brain is wired differently.
Here I hope you will find some resources to learn about Complex PTSD.
I struggled with this disorder for nearly 40 years before learning the root of my problems was Complex PTSD.
Now I am working to overcome the patterns of my childhood that I can address and I am trying to learn how to work with the parts of my brain that were uniquely developed as a child. I have made some progress in the past four years, but there is still more work to be done.
You are welcome to join me on this journey.
No one should have to wait 40 years to find help.
