I am neuroatypical.
In short, my brain is wired differently.
I struggled with my mental health for nearly 40 years before being diagnosed with Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
Now I am working to overcome the patterns of my childhood that I can address and I am trying to learn how to work with the parts of my brain that were uniquely developed as a child. I have made some progress in the past three years, but there is still more work to be done.
You are welcome to join me on this journey.
No one should have to wait 40 years to find help.
